The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York aims to show works of art across all times and cultures in order to connect people to creativity, knowledge, and ideas, revealing unexpected connections between them.

Through interdisciplinary learning our students, from first to third grade, were able to reflect by establishing links between history, culture and society, understanding the relevance that artistic forms have in this dynamic process and relationship.

Hence this exhibition is designed around the study of three ancient civilizations: Egypt, Greece and China. In addition to one of the most famous artist on the 20th Century: Vincent Van Gogh.

El Museo Metropolitano de Nueva York tiene como objetivo exponer creaciones artísticas de diversas épocas y culturas con el fin de conectar personas en la creatividad, conocimiento e ideas, revelando conexiones inesperadas entre ellas.

A través de la interdisciplinaridad nuestras estudiantes, desde primero a tercero básico, fueron capaces de reflexionar y establecer conexiones entre historia, cultura y sociedad, entendiendo la relevancia de diversas creaciones artísticas dentro de este dinámico relación.

Por tanto, esta exhibición fue diseñada alrededor de tres antiguas civilizaciones: Egipto, Grecia y China. En conjunto a uno de los artistas más famosos del Siglo XX: Vincent Van Gogh.
